On October 11, 2026, SilentGen experienced a full outage after a reported UAV attack affected the servers hosting our services. The outage started at approximately 5:11 a.m., and all services were restored by 6:06 a.m., lasting around 55 minutes.
Impact
All SilentGen services were temporarily unavailable.
Users could not access the platform or generate accounts.
Root Cause
Our main hosting servers were affected by a reported UAV attack, making them unavailable.
Resolution
We immediately started moving all services to our backup servers. The migration was completed at 6:06 a.m., and all services were back online.
Prevention and Improvements
We are improving our backup systems and recovery process to reduce downtime during future incidents.
